Adam Benavides is an award-winning filmmaker, director, and Founder of Reel Impact AZ, a Phoenix-based film collective focused on impactful storytelling. With over 15 years of experience, he has created films and media for organizations including Smithsonian Magazine, Ballet Arizona, Arizona Opera, and The State of Black Arizona. Adam is also a member of the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce and previously served as faculty at Arizona State University’s Film School.
